Job Purpose

   1.       To support on M/E closing /BS review /rolling forecast and budget process

   2.       To support on data analysis /financial analysis/ management report / financial consolidation and KPI tracking

   3.       To support on Major project payment plan

     Key Responsibilities

  1.       Perform the financial analysis upon business KPI through the information collection from financial operating.

  2.       Prepare monthly PL and BS analysis as well as weekly forecast report.

  3.       Reconcile the variance between actual, budget, Rolling Forecast and Monthly Forecast.

  4.       Track the KPI accomplishment.

  5.       Be more involved in the process of budget and 3YP

  6.       Track on major capex payment plan  

   EHS

  1.       Make sure in the yearly budget, there is a dedicated area for EHS.

  2.       Make sure the process of validation integrates EHS and Industrial risk.

  3.       Make sure all the team safety training and comply with all EHS rules.  

     Qualification Requirements

     Typical Education Level：   Bachelor, prefer the major in Finance, Accounting or Audit  

     Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:   3-5 years’ working experience with more than 2 years solid experience at Finance Analyst position (Manufacturing industry preferred) Major project tracking experience preferred
