职位描述
Purpose of the Job:
1. To develop and increase Edwards semi logical market business in specific Accounts
2. To contribute to the success of the Edwards strategy in China by implanting the sales plan.
3. Manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan.
4. To contribute to the sales strategies and objectives for China
5. Work firmly with SM to win business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or significant experience in the semiconductor industry
Sales and negotiation skills
Good commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect
High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, exhaust gas management, chemical and others technologies
High level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post sale support within Edwards
Experience of making products presentations
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
Good computer skills
Principal Accountabilities
- Establish,
and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs in order
to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities - Participate
and monitor sales forecast budget - Identify

1. Implement the Edwards strategy at the specific accounts in China and Contribute to the success of the company
2. Work closely with the service/marketing organization in order to meet customers expectations and to be more efficient for the customers and the company
3. Work closely with the Edwards specialists and experienced people in order to ensure winning business
