1. Has minimum 8 years’ experience, and have ability to lead a design team to execute a whole project.

2.  Understanding Process, the ability and discipline to manage timing.

“On time with quality “is a key principle to work under a process, the designers are required to quickly adapted to NPDS. Clearly understand the deliverables, Manage design works under a given timeline, have a Good organizational & prioritization skills. Also should have good working knowledge of PC tools e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel.

理解流程，善于在NPDS流程下工作

Degree of Transportation design or equivalent industry design, product design.

学历背景

应该具有交通工具设计或工业、产品设计相关教育背景，大学本科及以上学历
