Major Responsibility: 

1.     Review all GL journals;

2.     Communicate with Opco on month end/year end accruals;

3.     Prepare PRC reports to local tax authority/statistics bureau/foreign administration committee for more Opco legal entities;

4.     Handle Cartesis reports for more Opco Cartesis units;

      Flash report

      Actual report

      Treasury report

      Year end package

5.     Prepare reconciliation between local book and management book;

6.     Review balance sheet accounts movement and analysis;

7.     Handle auditing for Opcos and communicate with auditors/Opco finance team;

8.     Prepare annual reconciliation between local book, management book and audit report;

9.     Support tax supervisor to provide figures;

10.  Good communication with Opco and clear queries from Opco finance.

Major Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree of financial or accounting

2. 3-5 years of experience, within advertising, media or marketing industries is preferred

3. Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented

4. Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;

5. Good communication and time management skill;

6. Good knowledge of MS office

7. Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
