Internal Sales Assistant- Interface 内部销售助理（接口设备部门）

 Reporting to 汇报线:

National Sales Manager- Interface 全国销售经理-接口设备部门

 Objectives: 主要职责:

This position provides assistance to manager and support sales team ;Achieve internal sales target given .

 对销售经理和团队提供支持，完成指定的销售任务。

Qualification 任职资格 :

 

• Bachlor degree in electricial engineering or related major.

  本科以上学历，电气工程相关专业。.

   

• 1 year sales or design experience in electrical or control automation field in Oil&Gas.

  1年以上的销售经验，有油气、石化等行业电气或自控领域销售或设计经验。

         

Job specific experience and knowledge 具体要求:   

   

• Ability to analyze and to follow up project .  能独立分析项目跟踪阶段

• Positive,self-motivated,goal oriented, able to work under pressure. 工作态度正面、自我激励、能承受压力。

• Team player with proactive attitude.具有团队合作精神,主动面对并处理问题。

• Working in international business environment 能适应国际化公司的工作环境

• Positive ,trustworthy, loyal, reliable, flexible积极， 可靠，忠实，灵活，适应能力强

      

   Tasks and responsiblities   具体工作职责:

 

• Bidding document assistance.投标文件准备与整理

• Sales quotation and contract coordination销售报价和合同的协调。

• Customer data mantenainanc.客户信息维护

• Monthly report on time. 每月按时制定报表
