Sales Coordinator 销售助理 （实习-可留用）

Job description

Your main responsibilities include:

Coordinate with sales team in Shanghai, as well as other colleagues (logistics, supply chain, Finance, etc.) in Denmark, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time. Including: Issue quotation, place order and follow up payment, delivery and invoicing, etc.

协调上海的销售团队及丹麦物流/供应链/财务等部门，处理: 合同报价，ERP系统出单，跟进订单及付款，协助物流跟踪，发票申请等一系列完整的订单流程，确保订单的及时交付完成

Respond to customer queries via telephone or electronically

通过电话或网络的形式，及时回复客户的询价及疑问

Register and track orders in ERP system.

在ERP系统内注册并跟踪销售订单

Handle and resolving customer complaints if there are.

协助处理并解决客户的售后问题及投诉(如有)

Assistance on project progression with sales and clients.

协助销售团队及客户进行项目管理

Provide commercial and admin support to sales team.

提供商务及行政上的协助

Your profile

Well-organized, honest, patient, detail-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility and service attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Could work independently but also a good team player

Good level of English, both in written and verbal.
