Key Competencies 关键能力:

• Degree equivalent or higher education preferably specializing in Human Resource Management or Development

• Expert human resource market knowledge and employee relations in China

• At least 5-10 years in human resource function, and with 3-5 years in leadership role and solid plant HR management experience.

• Self- disciplined, mature, self-starter and able to work independently.

Requirements：

• Familiar with Human Resource management policy and operations;

• 熟悉人力资源管理的有关政策和操作；

• Knowledge of PRC HR laws & regulations;

• 了解中国相关的法规和政策；

• Good command of oral and written English & Mandarin;

• 流利的英语及汉语口语及书写能力；

• Good interpersonal & communication skills and team work;

• 良好的人际与沟通技巧和团队精神；

• Good planning, organizing, coordinating capacity;

• 良好的计划、组织和协调能力；

• Customer orientation and people orientation; Bachelor degree and equivalent.

• 客户导向、人本导向；大学本科以上。

• Minimum 10 years relative working experience in FIE, 8 years of management experience in HR;

• 至少10年外资企业相关经验；8年以上HR管理经验；
