Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Working with the vendors/mills for the development of fabrics & trims, tracing the samples to be delivered on time.

和成衣供应商和面料厂/辅料厂一同开发面料新的面料以及需要做样衣的码样布/辅料, 确保样品可以按时收到.

2.   With industry knowledge about fabric, color dyeing/printing, lab testing, placement print/embroidery, production quality,  etc.

      要有基本的行业知识如面料，染色，测试，定位印花/绣花，大货质量等等

3.   Team work spirit, liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the development is on track and the quality is 

     up to the standard.  

     有团队合作精神，与内部相关部门及外部供应商进行日常业务联系，确保开发进度正常以及样品符合品质标准

4.   Skillfully organizing documentation and properly managing email communication on time.

     规范和清晰地做好各种文件归档，能够有条不紊，及时处理邮件

5.   Able to manage and process office systems in daily merchandising works after training.

     被培训后能够熟练运用公司系统处理日常的业务工作

6.   Go to vendor office/factory/mill to solve problems/issues proactively when needed.

     如有必要，要及时出差解决相关问题

7. Strong sense of responsibility, organized, detailed-oriented, and willing to learn and get improvement

     有责任感，有条理，细心，并能在工作中不断学习,自我提高

8.  Follow and perform other additional duties assigned by the supervisor

     遵从主管安排任何临时的工作

Job Requirements:

.  At least 3 years experiences in fabric/garment merchandising/production, mainly for knitted fabric.

.  With knowledge of knitted fabric & working experience in fabric mill directly is preferred.

.  Good command of written and oral English.

.  Good communication skill and working attitude.
