Excutive Assistant Role 

Main role si to maintain the business information inside the multiple online systems we may use  +  update our partners (logistics / tax etc ) to make sure the operations are flowing and not disrupted 

The person may assist as well with communication with some factories and on going production as well as contacting new suppliers when needed .

Good command of English and resourceful to handle a variety of different tasks.

Min 5 years experience. Experience in trading company 

Quickbooks online 

- Type in Bills ( suppliers and logistics vendors  ) and Payments made 

- Receive payments for customers Invoices 

Managing Vendors 

- Interfacing with Accounting team for questions / missing docs

- Interfacing with our pool of logistics partners ( ASL / ITL / Dachser etc ) 

FISCAL REPRESENTATION MANAGEMENT

- managing inventory accounting with ASD 

- Preparting the excel file of monthly sales for VAT declaration with ASD 

- Managing the day to day relationship with them

Other tasks 

- Contact factories for product enquiry 

- fill some information into electronic platforms  

Reporting 

- Keep track of samples and container deliveries  

- Keep track of red flags
