Job Title: Sale operation manager
Location: Shanghai
About the role
This position is important role in regional sale and market team, he/she would support China sale and market team on efficient daily sale management and market campaign management, meanwhile, providing data insights for strategy thinking, budget, forecast, and opportunity direction, this role is reporting to GM.
Abcam China has been growing fast in past years and will continue be in fast track due to prosperous biopharma/biotech development in China. With business team scaling up, we need talent people with expertise joining to improve operational efficiency, to be more data driven on decision making process, business planning process.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, support and manage tools, activities and output to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales/marketing team members and their managers
Sales Cloud superuser including report generation, dashboard builds/transfer, and training (with support of sales trainer) user on boarding, and daily assistance to commercial team
Tableau superuser including report generation/customization, assisting with monthly metric reporting, troubleshooting, and onboarding training for new commercial staff
Provide input and recommendations to senior managers including (and not limited to) forecasting/budgeting/performance metrics and evaluation;
Identify and eliminate sale process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Manage lead/opportunities flow from marketing and sale team, monitor status and generate report to managers
Work on special projects such as digital sale tools development, customer/product database relevant
About you
If you are:
B.S./M.S. in Business, math, Biochemistry, computer science, or closely related discipline
Must have excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
>3years of experience in a sales operation’s role, as well as, Hands on experience with ERPs, data processing, different types of dashboard automation tool, in particularly, experience in Tableau is preferred
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
Process driven and a keen eye for continuous improvement (Six Sigma certificate preferred)
Must demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated
Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
