Job Requirements
1、Education:

University Degree with focus Marketing/Communication or similar education
2、Work experience:

min. 5 years in an industrial company (B2B) in similar position or an marketing agency
3、Other skills:

English fluent (written/spoken), very good skills in common IT programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience & knowledge in digital tools and social networks (WeChat)
4、Method competencies:

Main tasks
1、Marketing strategy & conception/ coordination:

Developing, Planning, coordination, budgeting, execution and performance measurement of activities and projects in China in the framework of SCHOTT Tubing Media mix (print, fairs, events,…)
2、Communication and PR:

Creation of press releases together with SCHOTT PR department and agencies in coordination with direct supervisor and BU T Marketing director
3、Agency Handling:

Creation of briefings for agencies and other service providers. Budget negotiations on project level. Management of agency deliveries/performances and control of success in terms of time planning and budget limit.
4、Branding:

Development and implementation of measures to strengthen the family brand as well as product brands in China for BU Tubing. Control of visual standards and guidelines. Development, implementation and control of success of special Branding & Image concepts for Chinese market in consultation, coordination and implementation with direct supervisor/Director Marketing BU Tubing and regional agencies.
5、Organization:

Ensuring a perfect professional, technical and organizational process of all tasks mentioned in the area of responsibility.
6、Market Intelligence:

Competitor monitoring, creating management summaries and communicate in Tubing organisation; conduct market research task and/or able to steer market research done by third parties.
