Position: QCA (Quality Compliance Analyst) Apparel

  

Report to: Manager

  

• Position Summary

  
  

  Accountable for product quality assurance activities in Asia for assigned factories and categories to ensure standards of quality to be met up, improve customer perception, and reduced merchandise return levels. Responsible for Pre-Factory Audit, lead Pre-Production Meeting and Inline inspection, review Pre-Shipment Inspection issues and provide disposition for shipment releasing. Support technical review on the samples.

  
  

   

  
  

  Duties and Responsibilities

  
  

   

  
  

  ？   Conduct Pre-Factory Audit for the selected new factories.

  
  

  ？   Oversee Product Quality Assurance activities in Asia for assigned factories and categories, including pre-production meeting, during production inspection, CAP process, Golden sample process, and product and vendor investigations.

  
  

  ？   Develop and lead vendor training sessions to ensure quality process are up-to-date and complied by the vendors.

  
  

  ？   Monitor 3rd Party inspection activities to ensure they perform at or above their required service levels.

  
  

  ？   Monitor and report on core projects and high-risk vendors to ensure full visibility and vendor compliance to CTC direction with regards to product development, investigations, and corrective actions.

  
  

  ？   Provide technical support to CBD’s technical development team on sample review process.

  
  

  ？   Evaluate quality issues and manage quality activities for the assigned categories.

  
  

  Qualification and Capability Requirement

  
  

  ？   10 years and above experience in both Adults and Kids wear.

  
  

  ？   Having education or experience of textile manufactures is preferred.

  
  

  ？   Apparel technical education or experience is required.

  
  

  ？   Be very detail oriented, particularly to avoid discrepancies and to catch errors.

  
  

  ？   Good understanding on softgoods testing protocol.

  
  

  ？   Experience with leading Pre-Production Meeting.

  
  

  ？   Experience of during production inspection.

  
  

  ？   English reading and writing skill

  
  

  ？   Effective communication skill

  
  

  ？   Be capable to analyze root cause and provide resolution

  
  

  ？   Good Presentation skill

  
  

  ？   Be able to make frequent travel
