Responsibilities 岗位描述：

1. Support the Business Development Process as a key interface with new and current Customers for any test related issue.

  支持业务部门运作，对接新客户和现有客户的测试相关的问题；

2. Creation of the necessity test documentation (Test report) for NPI phase.

完成新产品导入时生产所需的标准测试文件；

3. Support in the identification of continuous improvement solutions and in the analysis of test data and results.

支持持续性改进方案的识别，分析测试数据及结果；

4. Preparation of all electronic technique documentation for trail-run, including BOM, test method, production process guidelines.

负责小批试产前的电子技术资料准备工作，包括产品BOM，检验方法，生产工艺指导(测试)等，协助生产完成小批量试产；

5. Maintain the test equipment and solve the normal problem of equipment.

维护测试设备并解决常见的设备故障；

6. Analysis of the faulty test cases and if required development of guidelines for the detected error/fault.

对测试的失效项进行分析，有必要时需要对故障项制订分析报告；

7. Other tasks assigned by the leader in order to improve the organization efficiency.  

  实施上级交办的其他工作，以确保组织效率的提升。  

Requirement 任职资格：

1. Education level: bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or related, ability to use Office automation tools is mandatory.  Lab view tools knowledge is strongly preferred.

教育水平：本科学历，电子工程等相关专业，必须会使用办公自动化，会使用Lab view工具的优先；

2. Related work experiences: previous experience in a test engineering department of a structured organization using ICT testers, functional testers and other test systems.

相关工作经历：有在测试工程部门工作过的经历，会使用ICT和FCT和其他测试系统；

3. Related industry involved: it is mandatory a previous experience in the electronic assembly industry and a good knowledge of test technologies applied by EMS.

相关涉及行业：必须从事过电子装配行业，具备应用于EMS的电子技术知识；

4. Management experience and personality: strong focus on results, ability to work with low level of supervision, project management skills.

管理经验和性格：以结果为导向，有能力在低水平监督下工作，项目管理技术；

5. Background from competitors: a previous experience in an EMS company is preferred, knowledge in Nokia MX6 product is a plus.

竞争对手背景：在EMS工厂工作过的优先，具有诺基亚MX6产品知识的为加分项；

6. Language: Chinese and English mandatory with ability to read and comprehend commercial and technical documents.  Ability to write correspondence.

语言：会阅读和理解英文版的商业和技术文件，能书写英文。
