Management Scope: NT Handrail and EP Division.

管理范围：传统橡胶扶手带和工程塑胶产品材料加工制作过程

• Through close supervision and regular audit on production process, ensure our in process work is well in compliance with our working procedure and the in-process quality is under control so as to achieve the company quality goals.

  通过对生产过程的密切监督和常规审核，确保过程符合工作程序的要求，过程质量处于受控状态以达到公司的质量目标。

• Identifies the non-conformance and initiates CARs. Promotes a constructive working environment through the exchange of information and ideas.

  鉴别过程中的不符合并提出纠正措施要求。通过信息共享创建建设性的工作环境。

• Communicate with production team members on improvement opportunities, and ensure the deploying. Deploying of what

• Make sure any update on the production procedure related to manufacturing process is executed in a timely and efficient manner according to the approved plan.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Audits 审计

1. 成品抽检

• Conducts audit according to quality procedure or any request from Quality Manager or Production Manager, randomly picks a finished good and completes the audit for the following:

  根据既定的质量程序或基于质量经理和生产经理的要求， 对待运成品进行随机抽检。

• Submit audit report to both QualityManagerand Production Manager each time, and post the audit result

  每次向质量经理和生产经理提交审核报告，并张贴审核报告。

• Have the statistics on non-conformities to evaluate production performance and seeking for continuous improvement, report to both Quality Manger and Production Manager weekly.

  每周对审核过程中发现的不符合进行统计分析以寻求持续改进，并负责向质量经理和生产经理汇报。

• Timely update the audit items in audit form if an important requirement for a product was added or create a new audit form for a new category product under technical’ s assistance.

  当对产品产生新的要求及有新类型的产品出现时，在技术部的协助下更新或是制作成品检验报告。

1. In Process Audits 过程审核

• Completes all in-process audits on a weekly basis according to procedures.

  根据程序要求每周完成过程审核。

• Randomly approaches employees and checks to see if they are following all of the above procedures. When incompliance is observed, report and communicate with supervisors on correction immediately.

  随机现场抽查员工是否能够按照既定程序进行操作。当发现不符合，立即汇报主管并与之就如何改进进行交流。

• Submit audit report to both Quality Supervisor and Production Manager each time, and post the audit results.

  每次向质量部主管和生产经理提交审核报告，并张贴审核报告。

• Have the statistics on non-conformities to evaluate production performance and seeking for continuous improvement, report to both Quality Supervisor and Production Manager weekly.

  每周对审核过程中发现的不符合进行统计分析以寻求持续改进，并负责向质量部主管和生产经理汇报。

1. Statistics Process Control (SPC) 统计过程控制

   Performs capability studies to determine how well we are meeting internal or customer specification.

对产品进行能力研究以决定满足内部或外部顾客需求的程度。

1. Provides assistance to Production Employees with SPC program on the shop floor when requested by the shift supervisor.

当生产主管有要求时，向生产员工提供有关统计程序的帮助。

1. Continually looks for improvements in the SPC program so that these improvements produce measurable results in product and material quality.

通过使用统计程序，持续寻求改进从而确保这些改进对于产品和材料的质量提供可衡量的结果。

Production Procedures对生产程序进行监督

Be responsible for communicating with related production team members team members on updated production procedures, and ensure the related team members can fully understand it.

负责对更新的程序与相关培训人员进行沟通，确保相关培训人员能够理解。

1. Be responsible for addressing the execution of updated procedures, and ensures the execution of the procedures???.

   负责跟踪更新程序的实施情况，确保其被执行。

2. Monitor product manufacturing process, report and initiate any improvement opportunities. Make sure the improvements are completed together with production team members.

   对生产过程进行监督，提出并汇报任何改进的机会。并与生产部相关培训人员一起确保其改进。

   Non-conforming Product Management (Hold Area Management EP products and NT handrails)不合格产品控制(扶手带待处理区管理)

1. Ensure the related quality procedures are implemented in a timely and efficient manner .

   确保相关的质量程序能够被很好的实施。

1. Advise the production manager to take the further action for the non-conformance products..

   建议生产经理对于不合格品所采取的措施。

2. Have the analysis on the non-conformance, and advise the corrections and ensure the corrections are taken.

   对于不合格产生的原因进行分析，建议所需要的纠正措施并确保能够防止问题再次发生。

   Quality & Enviromental etc system audit 质量和环境体系审核

1. Attend the audit meeting参与相关会议

2. Conduct the audit as per the planning.根据审核计划进行审核

3. Report the audit results to audit leader.向审核组长汇报审核结果

   5. 0 Reports & Administration & Other Related Duties 汇报&管理&其他相关职责

1. Submits priority lists to the Quality Manager for approval on a weekly basis.

   每周向质量经理提交工作优先序列表并请求批准。

2. Submits to the Quality Manager monthly reports on the progress made on the previously approved monthly priority checklist and other items of interest.

   向质量经理提交月度报告（评价前一个月已被审批的优先表和其他重要项目的进展情况）。

   c) Customer service and customer complaint for both internal and external customer.
   Maintain to ensure all quality documents are up to date both hard and soft copies. And have the << Dispatched documents' record>> maintained in time.

   确保所有质量性文件，硬件与软件都是最新本。并及时更新<<文件下放清单>>。

1. Assist Quality Manager to complete returned CSO products’ inspection, field inspection and quality reporting.

   协助质量部主管完成返还CSO扶手带的检验，客户现场检验及相关报告。

   6.0 Quality质量

   a) Is familiar with the company’s quality procedures, strictly follows the company’s quality procedures

   熟悉公司的质量体系，并严格遵守公司的质量程序。

   b) Ownership of the following working processes and procedures:

KEY ATTRIBUTES

任职资格

• Completion of college or university education / polytechnic school or other equivalent to CQT designation. Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or equivalent is preferred.

大专或本科或其它同等学校毕业。具有质量技术员证书或其他等同资格者优先。

• Is fluent in written Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin.

中文书写流畅，普通话流利。

• Can write and speak English. CET 4 equivalent

具备基本的英语听、说、写能力。

• Having working knowledge of Microsoft Office

有办公室软件应用知识

• Understand process control method; be familiar with SPC, flow chart, and have the competence of problem analysis and problem resolving.

了解过程控制的方法（QC手法），SPC，熟悉流程图，具备一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

• Be familiar with ISO quality management system.

熟悉ISO质量管理体系。
