Responsibilities:

1. Design talent and learning development programs according to business needs

2. Implement and talent and learning development programs as program manager

3. Iterate and improve programs effect according to feedback from sponsors, trainees and HRBPs, OD team, etc.

4. Manage and develop internal trainer team

5. Design and deliver soft skill courses as trainer

6. Other job assignment from line manager

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 8 years’ relevant training experience in MNCs

2. Passion for learning and development with good interpersonal and communication skill

3. Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability

4. Good team player with proactive attitude

5. Fluent English both in oral and written

Experience of e-learning & m-learning is a strong plus.
