Technical Sales Manager 技术销售经理

 

Job Responsibilities:

     在风电领域发展新客户，挖掘老客户潜力。引导客户走向Megatrade

·    Manage selected key account customers in China on operational level. 

     管理国内指定的客户

·    Develop sales strategies, sales budget and sales activities together with GM and carry out the implementation. 

     和总经理一起制定发展战略，销售预算和销售活动并执行计划

·    Establish and carry out customer meetings and trade shows continuously and make follow up.  

     定期建立并执行客户会议，参加展览，并及时跟踪反馈

·    Identify product development opportunities based on industry trends and make out market reports accordingly. 

     根据行业动向，洞察机会，提交产品发展方向和报告      

·    Continuously acquire product knowledge of product ranges.  

      在工作范围内持续获取产品知识

·    Participate in sourcing related projects and productions with technical knowledge   

      利用自身技术背景和知识参于采购项目和生产

·    Carry out product , price, contract with customers and order follow up.   

      执行与客户相关的产品，价格，合同的细节落实和跟踪

·    Handle customer complains.    

      处理客户投诉

 

Requirements:

·    Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience with sales and/or business development assignments. 

      4-6年销售经验

·    Substantial working experience with companies in the Wind Power sector or/and the industry/manufacturing sector. 

      风电行业或相关行业工作经验优先。

·    Bachelor degree in engineering or other relevant technical education 

      本科，技术背景

·    Highly developed relationship and solution selling as well as negotiation skills. 

      出色的沟通和销售能力

·    Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organization and

     functional boundaries. 

      可以适应跨文化，交叉任务的工作环境

·    Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.   

      中英文沟通流利优先， 但英文不是必要条件。

·    Availability to travel   

      能适应出差

·    High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior

·    Team focused, solution-oriented, structured and responsible working style    

      有团队协作能力，善于解决问题

·    Excellent hands-on PC-based computer skills:  word-processing; databases; presentations   

     计算机熟练应用，比如数据处理 ，制作演讲所需材料。
