Job Requirement:
L2 App Support for One Sales Application, including the scope below:
? Issue analysis & Troubleshooting
? Application Configuration
? Application Data Operation and Inquiry
? Alignment with Business Process
? Communicate with the end user (Dealers) and ensure the problem resolution
? Analyze and coordinate the resolution of interfaces with Porsche group systems
? Escalate the product related issues to L3 Product Dev Support
? Ensure the fulfillment of ITIL process and record in ITSM tool, generate the Service report

Technical Qualification:
? Hands on experience in database operation like MySQL is a must
? Hands on experience in application support and analysis is a must
? Excellent written and oral English is a must, this position requires communication with Porsche German teams.
? Deep knowledge of the OEM core application & processes, including Ordering, CRM …
? App development experience is a strong plus
? Auto industry experience and understanding of dealer sales process is a strong plus
? Understanding DevOps, CI/CD, experience with operation of application on sound cloud platform, e.g. AWS, Azure
? At least 5 years relevant experience
