Responsibilities:

1) Organizes and facilitate Scrum ceremonies(such as daily stand-ups and scrum retrospective meeting) under minimal supervision.

2) Manages delivery of solutions in support of key initiatives by working closely with Product Owners, Project Manager and System Engineers.

3) Breaks down barriers and shields the team from impediments that hinder progress against sprints and Program Increments.

4) Protect team from external interruption during iterations as much as possible.

5) Works within and across teams to prioritize, plan, and execute work.

6) Manages team velocity and monitors various delivery metrics.

7) Manages and escalates risks, issues, and changes tied to delivery.

8) Applies judgment and discretion on when to escalate issues versus working through them with the team.

9) Ensures on-time deliverables that are high quality, clearly documented, and compliant with all data protection regulation.

10)Ensures that the team continuously improves and coaches the team to be self-organized.
11)Manage resource from various departments/project teams and make them work as one team.

Key Qualification:

1) At least 2+ years of software development(or testing) experience using Agile methodologies

2) Hands-on working experience as scrum master

3) Familiar with Scrum framework(principles, practices and theory) and Agile techniques/practice(burn down chart, story points, project backlog etc)

4) Analytical, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills

5) Good team player

6) Interested at cutting-edge technology in Internet of Things and agile practice, and willing to grow rapidly.

7) Project planning experience, with proven track record as Team Leader, is preferred.

8) Working experience in a multinational corporation is preferred, but not a must.

9) Knowledge of Internet of Things will be a big plus.

10) Good English verbal and written communication skills.
