• Finance partnership to Commercial functions (60%)
• Partner with business team on any initiatives on new biz modelling;
• Be a key member in the commercial projects such pricing cases and investment analysis cases discussion, to coordinate with commercial functions as a strong business partner.
• Budgeting, forecasting & reporting (40%)
• Liase with local market business team on their budgetary commitment , Manage the annual budgeting process and tie that to the monthly forecasting and reporting processes. Ensure system submission is timely and accurately
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on commercial related reporting, and provide meaningful variance analysis. Provide to management regular reports on financial performance and variance analysis relative to budget/Fcst. Assist in analysis of business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement
• Assist in Annual Operating Budget planning and Strategic Planning process

• Degree in accounting or relevant major;
  
• The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years in a similar position within an international group: Solid accounting and controlling knowledge
• Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly
• Strong business acumen and P&L management skills
• Pro-active & Self-motivated
• Customer focused (external and internal)
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong work ethics and integrity; and fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
• Team player
• System oriented (strong Excel skills)
  

• Professional qualifications such as CICPA, ACCA or prior experience in big four is preferred
• Solid understanding and experiences in US GAAP (or IFRS) and Chinese GAAP
• experience with big 4/MNC is preferred
• Experience leading a team and experience working in a multi-culture and high growth environment.
• FMCG, healthcare or Retail industry working experience preferred.
