1. Brand Awareness Development & Position Management:

Lead consumer and market insight so that the brand is developed and positioned in line with the global brand strategy and China consumer needs.

• Execute localized global marketing strategy to deliver transactional growth ·
• Design and manage relevant consumer and competitor research programmes ·
• Make strategic analysis and recommendations on target markets, brand positioning, communication campaigns on social

2. Marketing Campaign Planning and Management:

To plan, develop & evaluate a comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns that well integrate multi marketing functions to support operations & sales.

• Work closely with global team RBI to fully align on the communications strategy and visuals.
• Lead social accounts content of wechat and tikok to achieve 1M followers. ·
• Lead new cities opening of PR events, social to build Popeyes brand awareness.
• Lead and supervise the different marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful ongoing delivery of the promotional and communications calendar
• Lead and manage the team to deliver the marketing calendar incorporating new product launches, sampling and education programmes, new store opening launch kits and other brand enhancing initiatives.
• Plan and manage marketing budget

3. Marketing Team Management & Development:

Lead, manage and continue building up- the local marketing & communication team

• Coach and mentor existing team members to stretch themselves in delivering the basics of their job – and beyond
• Observe and develop the talents among the team members
• Identify and hire the right people for the team development and growth
• Lead and influence the team members while working collaboratively across internal marketing functions but cross – departments projects
