JOB SUMMARY

职位描述

This position will be responsible to set up the quality standard of local sourced parts and equipment. Help suppliers to understand and follow the standard. Cooperate with suppliers and ENG team to get both sides to align on the performance and reliability demands. .Finally ensure the product matches the customers’ demands. This position reports to the Quality & Warehouse Leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

Collect and understand customers’ requirements, list detail

接收客户需求，理解并整理为需求明细

Work with ENG teams to identify/clarify specifications

和工程团队沟通，确定具体的参数规格

Transfer the specifications to suppliers and help them to understand

将规格参数传递给供应商，并帮助理解

Work with suppliers to select the products, designs, and communicate with ENG team to get approval.

和供应商讨论选择产品/设计制造方案，汇总给工程团队

Coordinate the back and forth discuss between suppliers and ENG team to align the standards.

协调供应商和工程团队，使双方的方案达成一致

Set up the standards of acceptance, including items, value and measurement procedure

确定产品的质量标准，验收的内容和数值，测量方法

Collect the technical information, drawings; and document

整理技术资料，文件化

Quality confirmation for trial production/samples

试生产/样件的质量确定

Pre-acceptance in the production process, if any deviations must be confirmed by ENG team in US

生产过程的现场预验收，若有偏差需要和工程团队沟通以确定

Analyze the quality issue of parts and equipment with the help from ENG team

和ENG团队沟通，进行质量问题分析

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS

技能要求

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Engineering or similar major

机械/电子等工科专业，大学本科

Over 5 years’ experience on R&D, DQE, NPI position in automotive or equipment industry

5年以上汽车或设备行业的研发、DQE、NPI工作经验

Internal auditor of quality management system such as ISO9001/IATF16949

ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系内审员

Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English

卓越的沟通能力

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

英语口语/书写流利

Familiar with Microsoft EXCEL, AUTOLOOK, WORD

熟练使用办公软件

Practised user of AUTO CAD, SOLIDWORKS or similar tools

有CAD软件的使用能力和经验

Project management skill focus on efficiency and timeliness

有项目管理的经验技巧为佳

Knowledge of brake system, testing equipment is preferred

The LINK Huangshan Vehicle Testing Center, located in Huangshan Economic Development District, is a 1,500 square meter facility designed to provide all the resources you need for comprehensive vehicle testing. Amenities include an opening workshop, confidential workshop, three sets of EV quick-charger stations, 10%,15% and 20% test slopes, a 800 square meter dynamic square and closed parking lots for environment soak. Our four-wheel alignment, tire balancer, and tire-changing machine(s) ensure testing accuracy, reliability, efficiency and economy. LINK Huangshan is also building an updated environmental chamber, which will bring an even greater range of vehicle testing options.
