This position support to Huili Nursery Shanghai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow up / assist with expat staff work permit / visa application and extension for expat staff across Shanghai schools.
2. Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, reference check for newly hired staff according to group safeguarding policy, including but not limited to collecting documents.
3. Implement and manage onboarding plans
4. Prepare employment contracts to be signed by the Master/ Bursar/Head of Early Years and employee.
5. Maintaining employee records and paperwork, ensuring that personal files are up to date, both hard copy and in the HR System.
6. Coordinate with Fesco to administer employment and termination for local staff, verify monthly social insurance bills.
7. Act as liaison with other department and outside agencies, including senior-level management.
8. Manage and keep an up to date leave record for staff for Non-Academic staff.
9. Co-ordinate interviews.
10. Organise/facilitate staff events.
11. Any other tasks assigned by manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualification
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree
2. Major: Human Resources or related subject
3. Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in Business English, minimum CEM-6
4. Support Huili Values
Experience
1. Working Experience A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Expertise
1. Outstanding communication in English and Chinese
2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. An excellent track record in Human Resources related work
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. High level motivation and patience with a keen sense of personal organisation and responsibility
Preferred Aptitudes

2. International and bilingual school working experience is preferred
3. Cross-cultural working experience is preferred
