1. Prepare internal and external overall marketing communications (traditional and digital) to manage and nurture our brand, identity and reputation
2. Partner with PM on product promotion materials support to store display so that to insure a good consumers experience per integrated communication strategy,
3. Develop visual marketing standards and guidelines used in different channels upon target consumer portrait, while complying with local advertising codes
4. Work with sales team to develop and implement product promotion activities to achieve sales objectives and results
5. Understand market trends, be innovative and openminded to projects and new concepts on product promotions so to optimize sales opportunities
6. Manage the supplier team to ensure the implementation of the strategy and plan, and continuously promote PDCA
7. Plan and implement brand communication programs to deliver strong media coverage to support the marketing and sales objective
8. Manage o2o campaigns and supervise the campaign implementation and analysis.

Requirements

1. Bachelor‘s degree in related discipline. 
2. 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications role, digital experience is a plus
3. Pro-active, self-driven, reliable personality. Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 
4. Ability to work collaboratively across business units, functional departments.
5. Results-orientation.
6. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
