本项目致力于培养临床制药行业的专业和具有领导的人才，该项目将广纳具有制药以及相关专业的和领导力潜力的人才，18-24个月的培养计划将涵盖整个日常运营的每个功能块的轮岗机会，以了解和熟悉临床药物相关配套服务的操作经验。该项目毕业生将直接获任：

1.       参与到各类培训项目中，包括GMP培训，GDP培训，CI培训，每个轮转岗位的专业知识培训，用于熟悉和掌握公司的文化和制药行业法规知识。

2.       学习生产计划安排，并保证可以按照计划完成生产

3.       学习生产和仓库的现场管理，保证生产和供应链符合GMP和公司标准的要求

4.       参与制定和维护SOP，确保标准化操作

5.       参与调查各种偏差和投诉，并且制定有效的CAPA

6.       参与流程优化，保证效率和结果

7.       学习文件记录和管理

8.       参与各类验证工作的支持

9.       学习ERP系统的操作，包括订单处理和安排，货物仓储管理，BOM和其他物料操作

10.     熟悉和学习，进出口相关的知识和操作

11.     学习人员现场管理
