Business Development:
General Purpose
1. Revenue generating
2. Exploring the market assigned for new opportunities / partnerships ie residential and commercial projects
3. Brand Presentation
4. Sourcing for potential leads for taking on Commune dealership and/or authorised resellers. Recruitment of dealers
5. Source, analysis and propose business opportunities in line with the company’s direction, in terms of generating profitable revenue streams for the company, not limited only to store openings.
6. Explore, execute and manage platforms to facilitates the recruitment of dealers / potential partnerships to generate revenue
7. Achieve revenue target set.
8. Analysis SWOT and other tool to analysis the market situations
9. Spearheading innovation and projects
10. Manage travel and BD Target
Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDealerships
1. Presentation of Brand / Culture / Concept to potential dealers/investors/partners
2. Identify and evaluate suitable dealers in terms of mind-sets, financial and location
3. Execute and manage the administration process of dealership / contract drafting and signing.
4. Monitoring the existing dealer with BD team and doing the replacement if needed
5. Scheduling of timeline on all aspects for new store setup and monitoring the set up quality.
6. Manage and execute platforms for recruitment drive / sales ie exhibition.
7. Contract signed and management (start from new, and further is all including old and new one)
New Opportunities
1. Contacting potential clients via visit, email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
2. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
3. Developing quotes and proposals
4. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
5. Exploring any form of channels for revenue generation.
6. Issuing of sales orders, invoices and other administrative documents to facilitate closing of transactions.
7. Information sharing internally to create awareness of the current market situation
8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
9. Have great communication skill with customers and internal crossing department in China and HQ
10. Protecting company proprietary information
11. Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
12. Fluent in English and Chinese and familiarize the China market.
13. Proficiency in MS office including excel/power point /Chinese word processing and presentation skills
14. Willing working on holiday or weekend need accept and also need to travel around the China in the responsibility cities
15. Cause of the development of company's strategy that the JD will be changes if needed
Business Management:
General Purpose
- Serves customers and dealers by selling products; meeting customers and dealers needs.
- keep tracking the performance of each dealer and giving the suggestion about how to running the business model and sales skills which meet the individual city
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Presentation of Brand / Culture / Concept to dealers
- Initiate and deliver the training and development programs or projects according to the training needs to all dealers
- Analysis the training needs and conduct field coaching for dealer, store manager and store staffs
- Weekly/monthly review of store performances and provide advice for improvement and keep tracking the performance of each dealer and giving the suggestion about how to running the business model and sales skills which meet the individual city
- maintain the good relationship with dealer and make sure all company's innovation can delivery to dealer and make it work
- Scheduling VM needs for every store
- Responsible for the seller’s product knowledge, sales skills, management training courses, such as design and training implementation
- According to the company and customer\dealers requirements, develop, organize and implement the yearly, quarterly, monthly training plan
- Organization, implementation and the tracking assessment, summarized training program
- Ensure the smooth implementation of the training and marketing activities, focus on training and sales feedback tracking
- keep updating the dealer's feedback and market situation that to provide the suggestion to manager to modify the market and brand strategy
- Be the brand and contact window representative of Commune and get feedback from dealer and make the smoothly transfer to internal processing PIC
- Protecting company proprietary information
- Effectively and appropriately utilize company resources
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
- Fluent in English and Chinese and knowing the familiarize the China market.
- Proficiency in MS office including excel/power point /Chinese word processing and presentation skills
