1.根据招聘需求，维护招聘渠道，发布招聘信息；

2.负责简历的初步筛选，安排初试、复试，跟踪面试结果；

3.跟进员工录用、转正、离职、调岗等手续，并及时进行用工合同签订、社保福利关系等人事事务办理；

4.及时有效的跟用人部门沟通、反馈招聘进度，保证用人部门满意度；

5.负责处理公司各类文档工作及公司办公用品的采购

6.其它日常行政工作及上级交办的工作等

任职要求：

1.熟悉人事行政实务工作，有招聘、劳动关系等模块经验；

2.熟悉人事社保办理流程及用工法律法规，能熟练使用办公软件；

3.形象良好，有亲和力，有较好的沟通能力，有较好的抗压能力；

4.有物流行业人事经验优先，具有1年以上猎头工作经验者优先。
