We're looking for new blood to join the Trade Lane Management team to help us grow all of our Ocean Consolidation services, challenge the status quo, and eventually change the way that clients and shippers think about shipping. This individual will own relationships and responsibilities for all of our Asia offices and will sit in the Shanghai office.

What you’ll do:

Solution Design

1. Discover internal and external demand for Ocean Consolidation Services (LCL).
2. Data analysis
3. Design the solution and implement it with collaborating multi-resources.

Regional hero responsibilities

1. Point of escalation for all LCL issues, requests, or questions
2. Subject matter expert to join shipper/client calls or meetings

Product Support

1. Reporting/Dashboard creation and tracking.
2. Connect with engineers on LCL product design and feedback on UE/UI, etc.

What you’ll need:

• Industry solution design experience
• Business & technology mindset
• Strong relationship and trust-building skills
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Data analyze skills
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain industry
