我们是一家外资创意设计公司，在零售设计市场具有领导性地位，特别是在美妆行业。目前正在寻找一位年轻的，有才能的外国平面设计师或者中国平面设计师加入我们的团队。

我们看重应聘者的创意及热情，对品牌的表现以及品牌所包含的视觉元素的热情，并且能够融入到相应的平面概念以及空间设计中。

创造力不仅仅鼓励而且所需要的，同样的要求能够提出新的，创意的想法，并且有效的向团队及客户阐述。

技术的要求包括本科及以上学历，掌握平面设计师软件Adobe Creative Suite, AI, PS，能够草图、手绘，熟悉视频编辑和数字动画软件。

至少5年工作经验，中英文熟练优先。

工作职责：

- 对公司的项目发挥创意思维及技术专长；

- 了解品牌客户的定位，策略；

- 定位客户的创意方向和创意概要；

- 给品牌的VI,店铺设计，构造有力的平面解决方案；

- 呈现我们的设计和创意给客户。

- 根据任务和要求，能够调整创意的过程。

Well established creative design agency in Shanghai, foreign-founded and recognized leader in the retail design market, in particular in the beauty field, is looking for a young and talented foreign or Chinese Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

Above all we value creativity and enthusiasm, a sincere passion for the world of brand expression and of its always evolving visual codes, and the ability to merge into the same concept graphic, space and digital design.

Thinking out of the box is not only encouraged but requested, same as the ambition to propose new, innovative ideas, and to present them effectively, both to the team and to the client.

Technical requirements include a Bachelor Degree or above, a sure command of graphic design soft wares such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI, PS. Able to sketch, hand drawing and a good understanding of video editing and digital animation software.

Minimum 5 years of working experience, Fluency in both English and Chinese a big plus.

YOUR REPONSIBILITIES

- Contribute with your creative angle and technical expertise to all the agency’s projects

- Understand customer’s strategies, brand positioning and DNA

- Define Customer’s Concept direction and Creative briefs

- Conceive and design powerful graphic solutions for brand VI system and in-store communication

- Be the Ambassador of our design and creativity with Customers
