Essential Job Functions:

• Support lab activities for SB/SA latex test and relative binder application development according to different market (Li-ion battery, Adhesive.)-focusing on Asia Pacific.
• Work closely with Asian & European & North American team to solve customer issues to improve satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance to production to ensure high product quality, and document management.
• Support new technology customization and commercialization together with commercial team.
• Support new business development from technical regards together with commercial team.
• Lab maintenance: Keep lab operation well-organized and tidy, well documentation
• EHS: Act within the EHS regulations

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
• Minimum Experience (years and type): Above 3 years work experience are preferred but not mandatory.
• Coating/adhesive lab experience or similar chemical background.
• Quick learner.
• High sense of responsibility and safety consciousness.
• Strong operational ability.
• Strong communication skill.
