Candidate Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility of Power Discrete (SiC diode and SiC MOSFET, GaN MOSFET ) technical Marketing in Centre and North China
• Focus on industrial segment mass market development
• Deploy product promotion to increase regional billing
• Supporting division for key technology promotion and new product development to increase market share
• Driving D-in/win activity especially in key applications, supporting market intelligence for product group

 

Candidate Profile:

• Power discrete (SiC diode and SiC MOSFET, GaN MOSFET)  Market development & Design-In/Win Activities

      - Set up and drive specific roadmaps (by application, customers) in line with DIV

      - Promote and design current and new products to customers

      - Provide design-in/win consolidation to DIV to keep them update of region activity.

• New Product development & Market survey

      - Identify New Product Opportunities especially WBG and liaise with Division Marketing

      - Work with R&D to formalize the spec

      - Provide market, application, customer and competitor survey to division

• Power Discrete products (SiC diode and SiC MOSFET, GaN MOSFET) Strategic development

      - Develop selected key local customers featuring Power Discrete products contents

• Training & Seminars for Power Discrete products

      - New product release to sales, customer and distributors

      - New technology introduction

      - Application knowledge in new energy UPS/Solar, EV charger station, or marketing experience in new energy segment will be preferred
