Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and comment on various legal documents in connection with the organization’s legal services to its clients.
• Attend legal negotiations on behalf of the clients.
• Conduct legal due diligence exercises and investigations as instructed by the clients.
• Supervise the work and work product of the junior associates and paralegals in the team.
• Report to leaders on work-related matters.

                        

    

Requirements:

• At least 3 years solid capital markets experience gained from sizeable law firms
• PRC bar qualification required.
• Foreign education and bar licensing a plus, but not a must.
• Experience representing international clients in cross-border corporate and structuring matters, foreign direct investment, commercial contracts and venture capital/private.
• Good written and spoken English required;
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated team player.
