Purpose of the Job 职位目的

To perform post responsibility set down by SHE manager and develop implement and enforce company guidelines and regulations regarding fire fighting and safety areas in accordance with P.R.C authority and referring DSM/ZPC requirements.
参照DSM/ZPC在SHE方面的要求，按照中国政府的要求，执行SHE经理制定的岗位职责，开发实施并加强公司有关消防和安全工作的方针、政策与要求，从而保障公司的安全生产。

Dimension 职权范围
1、 Assisting SHE manager to Introduce and implement the DSM SHE procedures.
协助SHE经理引进和推行DSM SHE管理程序。
2、 Supervising and examining the executing status to safety procedures of all departments, and evaluating the safety trend.
监督和检查公司各部门对安全程序的执行情况，并对安全趋势做出评估。
3、 Implementing SHE audit to the some departments determined by SHE manager.
对职责规定的部门区域实施SHE稽核。
4、 Being entitled to stopping adventurous actions that endanger the safety of employees and company, and reporting to SHE manager.
对危及到员工和公司安全的工作行为有权制止，并向SHE经理报告。

Main tasks, Responsibilities & Accountabilities 主要任务、职责及义务
1、 Make the draft version of the annual safety operating plan for the SHE department.
起草SHE部的安全工作年度运营计划；
2、 Obtain and well understand all the laws and regulations issued by the State regarding the safe production, and communicate all these information to all the relevant departments and employees in the company.
了解和熟悉国家有关安全生产法律、法规，并将相关知识信息传达到公司的相关部门和工作人员；
3、 Responsible for communication works between the company and the labor bureau and the safety inspection department of the government.
负责与劳动局及安检部门等相关工作的联系；
4、 According to national rule and regulation, is responsible to organize all related assessment and acceptance in safety aspects
按国家规定，负责组织所有安全相关的评价、验收工作。
5、 Responsible to work out all safety related procedures in the company
负责制定公司所有安全相关的程序。
6、 Participating the compilation and implementation of the emergency plan of the company.
参与公司紧急预案的制定和实施；
7、 Be responsible for collecting generalizing and training about the safety information.
负责安全信息的收集、推广和培训工作；
8、 To audit the SHE situation of the company and check implementation of the improvement issue.
对公司的SHE状况实施稽核，对改善情况进行检查；
9、 Be responsible for the translating and safekeeping of part foreign language about SHE section.
负责公司有关SHE方面部分英外文资料的翻译和保管；
10、 Responsible for kinds of governmental report
负责对政府的各种安全报告工作；

1、Make the draft version of annual operating plan for the fire-fighting.
起草消防年度运营计划
2、To well understand all the laws and regulations issued by the State on the fire fighting. Pass all the relevant information to all the relevant department and employees.
了解和熟悉国家有关消防方面的法律、法规，并将相关知识信息传达到公司的相关部门和工作人员。
3、 Doing the coordination work between the company and the fire fighting department in government.
负责与政府消防部门的相关工作联系。
4、 Responsible to work out all fire fighting related procedures in the company.
负责制定公司所有消防相关的程序。
5、 Participating the compilation and implementation of the emergency plan of the company.
参与公司紧急预案的制定和实施
6、 Check and instruct the implementation of the working permit procedure whenever the welding and gas-welding work are needed in the plants. The focus is on the supervision of the working-permit of such kind of work in the anti-explosion area.
对车间或部门检修动火（电、气焊）和使用电动设备的工作许可程序的执行给予指导，工作重点放在防爆场所动火工作许可的监督上。
7、 To improve the fire-fighting equipment and facilities within the company and make sure that they are in good condition.
负责公司范围内的消防器材及设施完善，并保持其良好状态。
8、 Responsible for the organizing the training regarding the fire-fight knowledge and fire-fighting skill.
负责组织对公司员工的消防知识和灭火技能的培训。
9、 Making the issuing procedure and the standard of the labor-protection article. Responsible for the purchasing of the labor-protection articles and make sure that they fit the requirement. Checking the situation of using these articles and work out the appraisal.
制定员工劳动保护用品的发放程序和标准，负责劳保用品的选购并使之符合场地要求，检查其使用情况并做出评估。
10、 To audit the SHE situation of the company and check implementation of the improvement issue.
公司的SHE状况实施稽核，对改善情况进行检查。
11、Be responsible for the translating and safekeeping of part foreign language about SHE section.
负责公司有关SHE方面部分英外文资料的翻译和保管。
12、Other work assigned by SHE manager.

Key areas of accountability & responsibility with respect to SHE
安全健康环境方面职责：

1、确定本岗位涉及SHE的方面并评估相应的风险（例如使用一些器材、出行、相关培训、人体工学分析、SHE计划等）
Identifies all relevant SHE aspects and assesses the corresponding risks related to your position (e.g. use of machines, traveling, required training, ergonomics, SHE plans etc.);
2、 以对SHE负责的方式工作，把对自身和别人的风险那降到最低（例如按照说明和程序工作、知道消防器材的位置、良好的内务管理等）
Acts in such a way that the SHE impact on yourself and others is minimized (e.g. following instructions/procedures, knowing location of fire extinguishers, good housekeeping etc.);
3、 报告并跟踪任何事件（虚惊事件、受伤事件、危险事件等）
Reports and gives follow-up to any incidents (near misses, injuries, dangerous occurrences etc.).

Key areas of accountability & responsibility with respect to ICT IT/安保方面 职责

1、 执行公司的安保政策文件和IT政策文件。
Implement the Security procedures and IT procedures.
2、 保护部门内有形资产（包括信息处理设施）的物理安全。
Ensure the physical safety of tangible assets (inc. information processing facilities) in the department
3、 保护部门内信息资料（包括文件、数据）等的安全。
Ensure the safety of information materials( inc. document, data etc.) in the department.
4、 确保在使用公司提供的IT设施和服务时（包括局域网、邮件和Scala/用友等），能够履行IT安全的相关职责。
Ensure to comply with the related IT security responsibility when using the IT facilities and services( inc. local area network , email and Scala/ user friend etc.)
5、 及时报告安保事件和IT安全事件。
Report timely the security incidents and IT security incidents.

Required Education、 Experience & Technical competencies 要求的教育、经验和技术能力
1、 具有较丰富的安全生产管理经验和对原材料化学性能的了解。
Having plenty safety production and management experiences, and understanding capability of chemical materials.
2、 具有一定的英语和计算机运用能力。
Having specified ability in English and computer.
3、 对DSM SHE理念和管理程序有足够的了解和培训。
Enough understanding and training about DSM SHE concept and management procedure.
4、 熟悉和了解生产现场的情况和工艺过程。
Understand the production status and technics procedures.
