1) Sourcing: 开发工作

a)Manage responsible category well and achieve PPV to meet target.

负责达到公司设定的PPV目标。

b)Search for new suppliers and conduct new supplier assessments. Strategy supplier process auditing.

寻找合适的新供应商，并能做初步审核。

c)Finish RFQ in timely manner

及时完成各种报价。

2)Project follow up：项目跟踪

a)Communicate with vendors for the projects status update, issue following and solving problem to ensure suppliers submit sample in time

能够很好的与供应商沟通并及时了解项目进展状况，对于出现的问题能够及时沟通解决。

b)Maintain correct information in Smartsheet.

准确、及时维护Smartsheet里项目的信息。

c)Follow up OE sample and launch project in SS.

跟踪OE样机并在Smartsheet里开项目。

3)Quality：质量工作

a)Work with suppliers to submit QIN in time and negotiate rework cost recovery or return products.

督促并协调供应商及时完成QIN报告，并确认返工或退货的处理方案。

b)Work with worldwide cross function teams for quality issue evaluation and following.

与相关部门沟通、协调处理质量问题直到问题解决。

4)Others：其他工作

a)Complete reports in time.

及时完成各种报告。

b)Support related departments to resolve issues.

协助相关部门解决问题。

Qualifications & Requirements需求岗位的任职资格和基本要求

1) Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred. Experience and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

2) At least 5 years related experience, prefer to have 2 years+ in automotive industry and as supplier quality engineer

3) Familiar with TS16949 and knowledge or experience in electric motor manufacturing.

4) Application of Six Sigma tools, Lean principle, and FMEA. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

5) Good project Management, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in problem solving. Analytical, structured way of thinking.

6) CET - 4 and above. Fluent English in oral and writing

7) Familiar with general OA software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

8) Flexibility and mobility, willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%

9) Highest standard of integrity, self-confident and disciplined.
