职位描述
Key responsibility 1 – MEMBER ANALYSIS
Deep dive into member demographic, purchasing and social behavior to provide profound insights and visualized report for management further decision.
MEMBER PROFILING
Based on CRM database and understanding of member data, capable of coming up member profiling at various level to support marketing & CRM campaign.
Build up look-alike member profile to recruit potential customers for brand and village.
Manage sets of profile and key performance to identify difference after CRM action taken in place
MEMBER LIFECYCLE ANALYSIS
Familiar with general Florentia Village member lifecycle module
Customize member touch point among recruitment, conversion, referral all different steps.
Utilize automatic process to recognize effectiveness of each stage at whole member lifecycle combining prestigious offer CRM CAMPAIGN TRACKING EVALUATION
Provide post campaign tracking report in time with visualized report deck and distinct take-away.
Keep track down all CRM campaign and help to support management review the investment and most suitable proposal for brand and center.
SEGEMENTED MEMBER COMMUNICATION
Set up member segmentation and define communication channel to make a communication proposal on regular frequency.
Conduct A/B testing to ensure the result improving constantly.
LOYALTY MEMBER PROGRAM
Work closely with team mates to design VIP benefits and offering that appeals to general members and each member segmentation.
Consolidate relevant results over systems to compile complete and overall result to better overview output.
Key responsibility 2 – BI REPORTING
As a key stakeholder of member database and CRM system, be responsible to maintain and fulfill data/report requirement from internal departments and peers.

Tableau, Qlikview etcs
Wechat
Familiar with data flow across systems and basic operations in system to support CRM campaign implementation
Diagnose exceptional CRM data (upgrade & downgrade, points accumulation, registration etc.) as level 1 support inside CRM team then coordinate cross functional department to fix and ensure operation.
A master of visualized tools to transform CRM data into business language.
Refine current CRM member model and design decision tree for optimized clustering management.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' working experience in CRM and business analysis, EC and IT project management is a plus
Work experience within retail, luxury, FMCG, cosmetics and internet is preferred
Familiar with statistical reports, consumer behavior and sales data analysis. Passionate about data.
well-organized, attentive and service-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
