职位描述
岗位职责：
针对公司的软件开发、实施、维护项目的过程和产品的规范性检查，促使项目组按公司的规范过程要求开发和产生符合公司规范要求的产出物。
任职资格：
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业 ；两年以上工作经验，一年以上软件产品QA工作经验；
2、熟悉软件工程、项目管理、CMMI等相关专业知识；
3、熟练使用质量统计、问题分析、质量改进等方面的方法工具；
4、熟悉研发过程相关的流程规范，有强烈的流程规范意识；
5、有CMMI 3级以上软件公司工作经验优先；
6、了解ISO（9001、20000、27001）或CMMI过程改进或了解ITIL过程优先；
7、有QA经验者优先；
8、性格开朗，具有强烈的责任心和主动性；
9、具有良好的沟通协调能力，善于团队协作。
