Responsibility Summary
- Create and manage material files for production. ( Include: Make and keep fabric material files of bulk fabric for four seasons.)
- Responsible for writing all bulk fabric information into PLM system.
- Review or make all fabric submission cards sent to the USA and measure the weight of fabric.
- Make all fabric sample cards approved by Shanghai office.
- Responsible for input all fabric confirmation progress information into company internal form ( Time & Action list )
- Create and manage all material pre-dip files
- Share the internal comments to DEV. Merchant team.
- Weekly update the HOT chart for bulk.
- Support colorist to manage the color standard and PANTONE book.
- Attend system training and team conference meeting timely.
Critical Skills/Knowledge
? Able to work in English
? Equipped with essential textile material knowledge
? Familiar with general textile material production process
? Good skill of Microsoft Office
? Detail-oriented
? Good communication skills
? Able to travel
