Business develop 

• Target account list management

1. Manage account list which is to be updated by DSM and CAM Manager on quarterly basis
2. Quarterly target account review with account owner
3. Sponsorship for key accounts in Central China region

• Actively involvement of branch sales and cam program

1. Min 20 sales calls every month
2. Deeply get involved in PCS business RFQ and have analysis of success or failure factor(Sales executive and CAM individual will work with product team for RFQ/Bidding, and PCS needs to review the RFQ before final submit)
3. Focus on existing business revenue growth and new client approach with sales, CAM
   

• Incoming visitors management

1. Support SHA management to take care of incoming PCS visitors(including internal and external)
2. Coordinate with assigned sales/cam coordinator for visitors’ schedule and call arrangement in Central China Branches

Operation

• Internal business promotion management with Product team

1. Very interactive relationship with product team
2. Internal presentation and internal sell on sales meeting
3. Actively involved in customer-orientated solution design with product team
4. Product development support
5. Evaluate and approve sub-contractors and develop a vendor data base.
6. Develop carrier database
   

• Onsite visit

1. Cargo supervision before moving
2. Route survey
3. Loading and unloading supervision
4. SP capability review
   

• Solution

1. Rate analyze
2. Design proposal for project
3. Review technical docs
4. Lead the execution

Management

• Overseas business relationship management

1. Initiate and focus on key branch
2. Build up internal trust with key overseas counterpart
3. Actively introduce and sell PCS in Central China branches

• Monthly reporting to Central China management  RSM/RVP, Regional PCS Leader

1. Update key sales activities in former month
2. Update key target account’s pipeline and progress, make highlight of opportunity, challenge and plan
3. Update new closed business(closed account name/lane/volume/revenue)
4. Market and competitors information share

Qulification:

1. University graduate, Minimum 3-5 years'industrial experience with which 2 years in supervisory level or 5 years in project cargo experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
3. Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese. 
4. Willing to travel.
