 岗位职责:
1.  To source, evaluate and screening new suppliers 
2.  To input to commodity supervisor for commodity purchasing strategy 
3.  Can lead and complete the projects effectively, like SIP, Value Management follow-up 
4.  To implement good supplier relationship management (SRM) 
5.  Can organize and lead Win-Win negotiation with suppliers 
6.  To implement inquiry and price negotiation 
7.  To lead cost reduction initiative 
8.  To draft budget and follow up realization of Bom material purchasing budget 
9.  To make drawing review together with SQA, Engineer, and suppliers  
10. To bridge technical communication to suppliers
11. To set up sample development schedule and to follow the development of purchasing parts 
12. To follow-up samples status and coordination on the validation 
13. To follow 0 serial production 
14. Support operative buyers on delivery on time 
15. Support quality department to solve quality claims

任职要求:
1. University education in mechanical/electrical engineering 
2. Better to have experience as strategic buyer in a manufacturing field.
3. Knowledge of supplier chain management
4. Strong negotiation and communication ability
5. Language : English (fluent spoken & written);
6. Computer: Word, Excel, PPT, SAP
7. Clear strategic thinking , cooperative spirit and "open mind" 
8. Be able to work under a dynamic environment;
9. Able to travel frequently.
