1、Act as the main line of communication between Company and the investigators.

作为公司与研究者之间的主要联络人

2、Build relationships with investigators and site staff.

与研究者及研究中心人员建立良好关系

3、Manage on-site visits and logistics in accordance with the monitoring plan.

根据监查计划管理实地监查及后勤等工作

4、Verifying that the investigator follows the approved protocol and all GCP procedures.

确保研究者遵照试验方案及GCP规范开展试验

5、Verifying that source data/documents and other trial records are accurate, complete, and maintained.

确保原始数据／文档及其他试验纪录的准确性跟完整性，并被妥善保存

6、Adverse events, concomitant medications, and inter current illnesses are reported in accordance with the protocol on the CRFs.

确保不良事件、伴随用药和合并疾病等根据方案要求报告并记录于CRF

7、Generate visit/contact report in accordance with monitoring plan.

根据监查计划撰写监查报告

8、Keep manager informed about work progress.

向管理层报告工作进度

9、Maintain a working knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable GCP and local regulatory requirements.
