Lead company internal compliance and Legal affairs and responsible for daily management and efficiency improvement of company process and regulation.

This position will require collaboration with internal function departments and external legal and 3rd Parties on compliance related issues.   

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Establishing and administering company compliance and legal process and regulation to detect major risks at early stage;
• Conducting compliance clearances in pre-defined business activities such as engagement of intermediaries and participation in association meetings;
• Basing on company trade activities, quickly feedback and boost solutions when laws/regulation environment changes.
• Responsible for the design and update of SOP/WI and supervise implementation;
• Responsible for the company's internal compliance audits and risk assessments, implementation and or supervision of the implementation of the compliance audit works, coordinate with cross-functional departments to develop effective solutions and ensure timely implementation, until the findings be corrected / improved / optimized to achieve compliance standards and follow-up action of the audit finding;
• Handling and monitoring compliance and legal matters such as but not limited to

1. Review all legal documents with lawyer and establish proper training and policy
2. Getting all legal documents signed and keeping all critical documents organized and filed
3. Helping facilitate negotiations on contracts when needed
4. Administrate E-signature system
5. ERP master date set up
6. Help maintain supplier database**
7. Control merchandising filing compliance**
8. Lead our efforts to assist our supplier base to initiate corrective actions resulting from our audits.
9. Other compliance tasks as assigned.

• Preparing and conducting various compliance related trainings;
• Handling compliance testing reports and investigating compliance violation cases;    

Education and Experience

• Degree holder in law is preferred or bachelor degree;
• Minimum 3-7 years of investigation/compliance/legal experience;
• Well-versed with rules and regulations and compliance policies;
• Working experience in international trading is preferred;
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English oral, written, reading and listening, with good communication and presentation skills;
• Good computer application knowledge and skills, be familiar with the ERP system and E – signature system
