职位描述：
1. 负责分管区域的业务工作，拟订并落实市场销售计划、管理、维护、开发
2. 销售渠道的完善，完成所负责区域产品的销售任务和销售回款目标
3. 建立、维护所辖区域的客户关系，进行商务谈判，提供解决方案，对潜在客户 进行定期跟踪，定期提交销售进度报告
4. 收集、整理、反馈区域市场数据及分析报告，并对公司提出有价值的改善方案
5. 对公司的新项目开发提供市场支持，提出销售策略、销售政策的修订建议
6. 掌握客户的经营状态、保持密切关系
7. 掌握发货、回款、退货情况
8. 配合相关部门做好本区域市场开发和产品推广工作
9. 负责客户管理，为客户服务，加强渠道忠诚度和销售能力，避免市场风险。
10. 上级领导交待的其他工作。
Position Description:
1. Responsible for the business in the target area, make and implement sales planning, management, maintenance and development
2. Improve the sales tunnel and fulfill the sales targets and sales payment
3. Setup, maintain the customers’ relationship, and conduct the negotiation, solution planning and follow up the potential customers and finish the regular report
4. Collect, organize and feedback the marketing data report and give the improvement opinion
5. Marketing support for the new project and good idea for the sales strategy and valuable improvement
6. Know the customers’ management status well and keep the relationship
7. Know the delivery, payment, return goods well
8. Work together with other departments for the marketing and products promotion
9. Responsible for the customers management, make sure the distributor loyalty and sales ability, prevent the market risk
10. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
工作要求：
1. 机电一体化、电气自动化等理工科专业
2. 1-3年以上工业品销售经验，具有电气自动化产品销售经验者优先
3. 熟悉本地区及周边客户,能够积极获得新的信息和开发新客户,确保现有客户的满意度
4. 具有团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳
5. 适应出差
Requirements:
1. Major in Mechatronics, electrical automation or other related
2. 1-3 years working experience for industry products sales experience, better to have the sales experience for electrical automation products
3. Familiar with the area and the surrounding customers, be able to actively access to new information and develop new customers to ensure that existing customer satisfaction
4. Team spirit and work hard.
5. Business travel
