Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top talents who match with the roles in which they will be most successful, and achieve quarterly hiring goals to support business growth
• Communicate effectively with hiring team for overall readiness of every hiring request, manage the interview effectiveness
• Move quickly to negotiate complex offers to close candidates
• Provide efficient and exclusive candidate experience from application stage to offering
• Effectively build up talent pipeline through sourcing strategies, industry and competitor analysis, and networking opportunities
• Act as a subject matter expert on all recruiting related activities to clients
• Stand out as ambassador of Jiahui value proposition to generate impacts in market

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing and closing)
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Independently screen and manage Specialist level of recruitment activity with the supervision and guidance given by the HM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates and partners
• Manage the recruitment system and public job posting channels
• Great attention to detail
• Experience in recruiting of healthcare professionals related is preferred
