1.Responsible for managing Tmall flagship stores & Authorized Stores on Tmall and Taobao to ensure the sales target achievement
2.Verify sales data, consumer profiling, and brand image provided by TP, and initiate improve-ment plan for TP to grow sales volume
3.Implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to increase online traffic and build up brand awareness;
4.Control price and promotion mechanism for authorized Tmall &Taobao stores and make alignment with TAMLL channel to ensure price and brand image;
5.Responsible for regular sales reports from different authorized Taobao store to make analysis to improve sales base on current inventory

任职要求：
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in E-Commerce business;
- High senses of the whole business of TMALL & Authorized Taobao Store;
- Retail or consumer background is plus;
- Experiences in TMALL /Taobao operations;
- High senses of overall picture for the business
- Good Team Spirit;
- Passion and Commitment;
- Strong Communication skill;
- Hands on to handle TMALL operation
