Main Responsibility:

This position will be responsible for ensure daily smooth production line running/ Efficiency improvement/ Continuous improvement on the PFEMA, Control plan, work instruction, process checklist, operating procedure for main equipments/ New project development regarding tools, fixtures and devices.

Job Description:

1. Establish and improve the operation process and standard operating procedure, inspect and supervise each production line's compliance.

2.  Alignment and continuous improvement on the PFEMA, Control plan, work instruction, process checklist, operating procedure for main equipments.

3. Solve the technology issues and quality issues from the production line.

4. Being responsible for the statistical work on raw material, assistance material order consumes and the production cost.

5. Analysis on the product unit costs and cost saving improvement.

6. Development regarding tools,fixtures and devices for new project.

7. Introduce the new production and trial running on production line.

8. 5s management §  Fulfilling the other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

9. Familiar with related functions in ERP system.

10. Being responsible for training of the knowhow transferring from headquarter.     

Professional Competence:  

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in industry/mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2. With a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification;

3. 3 or more years work experience in manufacturing environment;

4. Understanding about safety at work;

5. Strong, proven knowledge about strong problem detection/solving skills, and prevent problem reoccurrence;

6. Knowledge in the use and understanding of drawings;

6. Understanding of filtration processes is prefer.

Personnel Competence:

1. Computer skill with office application/AutoCAD operation;

2. Be familiar in creation process documents;

3. Fluent English speaking and writing skills;

4. Can work for frequently business travel.
