Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Professional Service team on managing a wide range of talent management and training programs, including both pre-program coordination and onsite support.
• Support our Business Development and Marketing teams on desktop research and project coordination.
• Provide daily administrative and clerical support for the office.
• On-the-Job Training: Consultants will provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to the intern throughout the program.
• Personality & Ability Assessment Course: Learn how to use our signature products in the workplace (e.g., OPQ).
• Project Management Skills: Learn basic project management skills and take lead to be a project leader when opportunity arises.
• Universal Competency Framework (UCF) Training.
• Learn how to use the Universal Competency Framework (i.e., a comprehensive framework that can effectively describe key competencies in different organisations all over the world).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology or related discipline
• Interested in building a career in Talent Measurement, Recruitment or Employee Development
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Conscientious and responsible
• A supportive team player

The intern is expected to work with us for at least 3 days per week in normal business hours over a 6 months internship, and we may extend the internship period if the intern performs well (subject to business needs)
