Major duties

- To provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of professionals in Guangzhou office

Requirements

- Diploma degree or above

- 1 year relevant secretarial or administration experience gained in foreign companies

- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English

- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in PowerPoint

- Initiative, a willingness to learn
