职责范围
1,充当北部地区IT支持的主要联系点。
2,为终端用户提供技术支持；故障排除，问题解决和跟踪。
3, 对于无法处理的事件，将其分配给适当的处理团队并跟踪处理进度。
4, 通过故障排除过程了解Cisco的网络设备。
任职资格：
1，在实施大型商店项目方面具有丰富的经验，并以积极的态度管理繁重的工作量。
2，在餐饮行业有2年以上的运行和维护经验。
3，能够以口头和书面形式清晰，简洁地交流。
4，具有自我激励和快速学习新技术的能力。
