Responsibilities 职责

    

1、Responsible for development, evaluation and prioritization of potential business opportunities for licensing, collaborations and partnerships, making proposals to management for informed decision-making. 负责开发、评估和力争潜在的商业机会，包括许可、合作、合伙关系，向管理层提出建议，以便做出明智的决策。
2、 Lead business transaction process including LOI, negotiating term sheets and definitive agreements such as licenses and technology transfer agreement; conducting due diligence by working with cross functional teams (Executive, Finance, Legal, IP, Regulatory, Manufacturing, etc.). 主导交易过程，包括意向书、谈判条款表和最终协议的安排，如许可和技术转让协议；与其他部门(行政、财务、法务、知识产权、合规、生产部门等)通力合作进行尽职调查。
3、 Represent the company at industry and partnering conferences. 代表公司参加行业和合作会议。

4、Represent the company to expand and maintain the cooperative relationship with relevant government functional departments and obtain policy support;代表公司拓展和维护政府相关职能部门的合作关系，获取政策扶持；

    

Qualifications and skills 资格和技能

    

1、Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Masters or PhD is preferred. 至少具有生命科学学士学位，硕士或博士优先。
2、At least 6 years work experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry, sounded experiences in leading LOI negotiation, experiences in leading licensing or technology transfer is preferred. 至少6年以上生物技术/制药行业工作经验，有主导合作意向谈判经验、主导许可或技术转让经验者优先。
3、Familiarity with drug development, fundamental financial knowledge such as reading NPV model and commercialization is a plus. 如熟悉药品开发、了解基本财务知识，如NPV净现值模型和商业化，将是加分项。
4、Strong communication and presentation skills especially in English oral and writing. 具有非常好的沟通和表达能力，尤其是英语口语和写作能力。

    

5. Demonstrated sharp learning curve in emerging and diversified biotechnology industry 对于新兴和多元化的生物技术行业具有强烈兴趣和学习动力。

    

6、Ability to work with cross functional teams. 能够跨职能部门合作。
7、Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.能灵活适应国内和国外出差。
8、Ability to work in a fast paced working environment能适应高效快节奏的工作环境。
