职位目的 / Position Purpose
Develop and coach reseller, contribute revenue/profit growth while improving lead performance.
 
职责 / Key Responsibilities 
 
Reseller/Channel capability assessment, initiate and perform reseller sales teams training programs, contribute to revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem 
  1. Develop and coach reseller teams in sales activities 
  2. Channel capability assessments
  3. Set up a channel development strategy 
  4. Lead and opportunity pipeline management and review
  5. Improve  Lead performance 
  6. Channel Onboarding and Offboarding
  7. Streamline the channel lifecycle management process and system optimization


资质 / Qualifications
  • Experience in software License Compliance sales

  • Experience in customer engagement and negotiations

  • Experience in training and teaching sales teams

  • Excellent track record of creating successful sales teams

  • High persuasion skills

  • Problem-solving skills either internal or external, able to handle various issues at the same time.

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.

  • Professional, clear, and effective verbal and written communication.

  • Experienced in using Office software and tools; MS Office, Salesforce, CRM, etc.

经验 / Experience
  • More than 5 years of working experience in Software Channel/ Reseller 

  • Minimum 3 years Licence Compliance sales experience

知识 / Knowledge
  • Telesales and Sales methods of customer engagement for License Compliance Sales

  • Training Ability to create successful sales teams

  • License Compliance Lifecycle knowledge

  • Experience working with cross-functionally teams

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

技能 / Technical Skills
  • Advanced MS office skills.

  • Fluent English is a plus.
