Job Description（temporary-一年期合同）

  

Responsibilities:

  

-Collect and analyze training needs, develop training plans to meet business needs.

  

收集和分析培训需求，编制培训计划满足公司发展需要.

  

-Organize internal & external training programs, monitor its implementation and handle related issues.

  

组织开展内外部培训项目，过程实施管理并解决培训过程中的相关问题.

  

-Training course development and question bank editing.

  

培训课件开发及题库编辑.

  

-Act as internal trainer to deliver training courses.

  

作为内部培训师讲授培训课程.

  

-Select and manage training vendors to provide high-qualified training.

  

选择和管理培训供应商，保障高质量培训.

  

-Evaluate training result and effectiveness through different approaches, and make necessary improvement accordingly.

  

通过不同的方法对培训结果和效果进行评估，并做出必要的改进.

  

-Responsible for training tracking and reporting.

  

负责培训跟踪和培训报告.

  

-Optimize training and development process to ensure its efficiency.

  

优化培训和开发流程，确保效率.

  

-Maintain training materials/files/records to meet ISO requirements.

  

维护培训材料/文件/记录以满足体系要求.

  

-Responsible for part of recruitment work, including phone interview, coordination of interview, etc.

  

负责部分招聘工作：候选人电话沟通，协调面试等

  

-Support Manager to complete other HR functional works when necessary.

  

支持经理在必要时完成其他HR职能工作.

-Responsible for some administrative work when necessary.

在必要时，负责部分行政工作.

 

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

-Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management is preferred.

  

大学本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先.

    

-Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

  

良好的沟通和表达能力.

  

-Good command of English, especially oral and written.

  

良好的英语听说读写能力.

  

-Good at office software like Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel.

  

熟练使用Microsoft Word、PPT、Excel等办公软件.

  

-Able to work either independently or within a team.

  

能够独立工作或在团队中工作.

  

-Accountable, detailed-oriented and with can-do attitude.
